Our payment infrastructure is built on trust, transparency, and the highest standards of security, ensuring that every transaction you make with us is fully protected.

We offer a range of convenient payment options to suit your preference whether you choose to pay via Cash on Delivery, online or offline channels. Our website is secured with SSL encryption and the latest digital security protocols, giving you complete peace of mind when making a payment. You can choose any of the methods below:

JJD partners with RazorPay one of India’s most trusted and widely used payment gateways to ensure safe, fast, and fully encrypted online transactions. All payments processed via RazorPay are protected by industry-leading security standards, offering you complete buyer protection at every step.

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards issued by Indian banks. Whether you prefer the flexibility of a credit card or the simplicity of direct debit, JJD ensures a smooth and secure checkout experience.

• Net Banking (200+ banks supported)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and more)

Note: All online transactions are processed in real-time. RazorPay may levy convenience fee on your transactions as per the payment method selected. You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment.

Customers can transfer funds directly to our bank account via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement). This is a reliable and widely preferred method for larger transactions.

How to complete your order via NEFT/RTGS:

• Place your order on our website and note your Order ID.
• Contact our support team to receive our bank account details for the transfer.
• Transfer the exact payable amount and email your payment confirmation (screenshot or UTR number) along with your Order ID to our support team.
• Your order will be processed and dispatched once the payment is verified.

Note: Bank account details will be shared directly with you upon request via our official support channels.

For customers who prefer traditional payment methods, JJD gladly accepts offline payments through the following instruments. Please contact our support team prior to placing your order so we can guide you with the necessary details.

Accepted offline payment modes:

• Cheque: Crossed cheque in favour of our company. Our team will share the payee name upon request.
• Demand Draft (DD): Demand Draft in favour of our company. Payee details will be provided by our support team upon request.
• Cash Deposit: Direct cash deposit at a bank branch. Our team will share the bank account details upon request. Please retain your deposit receipt and share it along with your Order ID.

Important: Please notify our team at the time of placing your order if you intend to pay offline. Orders are held for up to 3 business days pending offline payment confirmation before being released.

For the convenience of our customers, Jhunjhunwala Diamonds offers a Cash on Delivery option on select orders. This allows you to pay in cash at the time of delivery, without the need for any prior online transaction.

Terms for CoD:

• Cash on Delivery is available only on select pin codes across India.
• CoD orders are capped at Rs. 20,000. Orders exceeding this value must be paid through one of our other available payment methods.
• CoD is not applicable on customised or bespoke jewellery orders, and loose diamonds, as these are made to order and require advance payment.
• JJD reserves the right to cancel or modify CoD availability at any time based on serviceability and operational requirements.

Note: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment. Orders that cannot be delivered due to unavailability may be returned and re-delivery charges may apply.
